Lateral Innovations is a tech company that provides RFID solutions for the management of waste and recycling collection. I was the project manager and copywriter for the rebuilt of their website. Some of the major challenges were to find ways to illustrate and simplify its technology, and to build the website in a way that would meet the needs of their two different target markets: municipalities & private waste management services companies.
I was in charge of leading the whole project, coordinating communications between the web developers, motion designers, and the clients. I also created the copy - both in French & English - for the whole website.
